01
Step 1 · 48 hours

First contact & qualification

You fill in the valuation form. A dedicated broker calls you back within 24 hours.

We understand your project, why you're selling, on what timeline, and at what price you imagine it. We study the boat (model, year, options, history) and prepare a reasoned price range, cross-checked against comparable sales on the French Riviera and the Mediterranean.

02
Step 2 · 1 week

On-board visit & final valuation

We come to your marina, Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Saint-Tropez.

A broker boards the yacht to assess its real condition: hull, engines, electronics, interiors, equipment. We check documents (title deed, flag, certificates, last haul-out, service history) and confirm the final valuation, grounded in what we've seen and what the market is paying today.

03
Step 3 · Signing

Sales mandate signing

A clear, transparent mandate, no surprises. You remain the decision-maker at every step.

Exclusive or semi-exclusive mandate, your choice. Brokerage percentage agreed upfront, no hidden fees.

04
Step 4 · 2 weeks

Professional staging

Photo, video, editorial copy in five languages. Presented to the standard the yacht deserves.

Professional on-board shoot (interior, exterior, golden hour), drone footage, virtual tour and dedicated micro-site, technical plans. Polished editorial listing copy, not a copy-paste of the manufacturer's spec sheet. Translation EN · FR · IT · RU · AR. Distribution on yachtdeals.fr and the main international portals.

05
Step 5 · 4 to 12 weeks

Buyer outreach & viewings

The YachtDeals network is approached first. Accompanied viewings, broker-led.

We filter inbound contacts, not everyone is serious. Qualified buyers are accompanied on board by a broker who speaks their language. Transparent weekly reporting: views, contacts, viewings, feedback.

06
Step 6 · 2 to 4 weeks

Offer, negotiation, escrow

We carry the negotiation for you, you validate the final price.

Receiving written offers, vetting buyer solvency, negotiation. Once the offer is accepted, signing of a memorandum of agreement and 10% deposit held in escrow at a third-party account (notary or maritime lawyer). Buyer's technical survey supervised by our team.

07
Step 7 · Final signing

Bill of sale & handover

Everything converges here. You sign, you're paid, the boat changes hands.

Bill of sale before a maritime notary or lawyer depending on flag. Release of any liens, flag transfer, escrow release, key handover. You receive the balance on your account on the day of signing.
